How to help

Fundación Egipto

Everyone, companies as well as people, can contribute with the Foundation in many ways:

Donations in kind

Throughout the year we receive the following articles that are needed for our operation:

  • Non-perishable food: grains, oil, sugar, salt, pasta and panela, among others.
  • Cleaning elements.
  • New or used clothes (in good shape).
  • Books and educational toys for the Library.
  • School supplies for the academic support (notebooks, pencils, paints, etc.)
  • Computers, stereos, TV sets, scanners, fax, among others (functional)
  • Home appliances and kitchen elements (dishes, glasses, cutlery, trays)

Donate two hours a week of your time to improve the children’s academic performance and strengthen their skills in all complementary activities within the Foundation.

Finantial support

We seek alliances with the private sector and people who can provide financial resources to fund the Foundation’s projects and growth.

You can sponsor a child with just $40.000 COP a month. The Sponsor receives photographs and two letters a year.

Learning allies

We seek support from organizations in order to create learning environments and use them to train the members of the Foundation, parents and children in the fundamental working axes of the Foundation.

We want to create spaces for training, conferences, workshops and continuous support to

all processes.

We invite you to become a Friend of the children in our Foundation.

A Friend provides a life example and a role model for children. Your relationship with the children brings the possibility of seeing new experiences and points of reference that will turn into the seed of their dreams and projects to achieve.

If you are interested you may visit the Foundation and interact and spend some time with the children.

Remember that your support is crucial for the continuity, growth and impact of the Foundation.
